CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS The basic design of your building includes: · Distinctive building styles: Ranch (Lean-To), Gable, Barn, Bay Front, and Carmel. · Delivery, assembly and floor leveling up to 4” included*. · Walls constructed using DuraTemp PLYWOOD siding™. · 2 x 4 stud framing on 24” centers. · Large 42” door with locking lever handle. A full 6’ 7” tall. · Roof: 20 year, Class A Fire rated 3-tab shingles, over 15 lb felt. · ¾” tongue and groove plywood floor on 2 x 4 floor joists. · Raised foundation. Double 2 x 4 pressure-treated skids on concrete pavers provide airflow protection from ground moisture and insects.
10 YEAR CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY Sheds Plus™ by Storage Barns Industries, Inc. (SBII) warrants your building to be free of craftsmanship defects for a period of TEN years. SBII will repair or replace specific component(s) of your building at SBIIs discretion. In addition there are additional limited manufacturer and component warranties.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Permits: All building permits, zoning, easements, CCR, covenants, etc. are the entire responsibility of the property owner.
Site: A proper site shall be cleaned and leveled within a 4” ground slope. Slope in excess of 4” requires post and pier supports and shall be assessed an additional charge per pier to level building.
Safety: A minimum safe access of 3 feet wide and 9 feet overhead path is required. The work area shall be clear of walls, movable objects, and debris a minimum of 2 feet surrounding the building.
Location: The building shall be located by the customer and will not be moved once it is installed.
